Elvire was born in France and moved to Toronto at age 4. Her studies include Humber College, York University, and Teacher’s College.

With regards to painting Elvire has studied with many Artists while painting en plein aire, focusing on capturing light.

.Elvire has taught Visual Arts to Middle and High School students. “Teaching art was rewarding and a reminder that we are all constantly learning and growing as artists”.  Elvire’s personal studies have taken her to France,  Italy, Florida, New Brunswick, Europe, across Canada, USA, China, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and Japan.

Elvire works in acrylic and watercolour. “Painting renews my energy”.
