At an early age he was always drawing and sketching while his friends played Football in England. Trevor Dring grew up in England when his family emigrated from India in the early 1950’s.  His love for art stayed with him. He immigrated to Canada in 1966 to start a new life.
After working in oils for a while, he thought he’d try Watercolours, and never looked back. Trevor has always preferred painting serene scenes, which tend to have a calming influence on viewers.  He has had several successful Art Shows in Mississauga and attended many watercolour workshops –  the most memorable being a weekend workshop with Jack Reid, the great Canadian watercolour artist.
